Sie hatte sich selbst verletzt und die Wohnung völlig verwüstet. Grauenhafte Bilder..die mich heute noch verfolgen. Sie hatte auch einen Hund. Sie kam mit der Polizei dann in die Psychiatrie und wurde am nächsten Tag leider wieder entlassen. Und mussten den Hund bei der Polizei holen. Sie war kurzzeitig stabil..aber paar stunden später ist die situation wieder eskaliert. Wollte zim Glück freiwillig in die Klinik. Hat auch funktioniert. Der Hund (junge Dobermann Hündin) musste zu meinen Eltern. Die waren völlig überfordert mit dem Hund..  sind halt nicht mehr die jüngsten und der Hund nicht erzogen. Mein Papa war kurz davor zu gehn weil er völlig überfordert war. Ich konnte zum glück eine Pflegestelle finden. Aber da konnte sie nicht lange bleiben. Mussten sie dann dem Ex geben war sehr schwer für uns war. Aber meine Schwester gab uns das Einverständnis. Davor hat sie uns leider angelogen wegen dem Hund. Weil wir gesagt haben das sie mit Amy nicht zu meinen Eltern kann. Darauf hin meinte sie, sie hätte eine Wohnung und Job.. Was sie leider nicht hatte. Deshalb mussten wir diese harte Entscheidung Fällen.. da mein Papa sonst gegangen wäre und meine Mutter allein gewesen wäre. 
Auf jeden fall kam der Hund weg und es war kurzzeitig alles halbwegs ok. Meine Eltern haben fast 10 000 Schulden von ihr beglichen weil sie alles verloren hat dank ihrem Ex. Haben sogar ihre komplette Wohnung ausräumen müssen, weil sie da raus musste. 
Soweit so gut... sie war dann eine Weile bei meinen Eltern. Dann fing es an.. hat nur ihren Hund im kopf..sagte immer wieder das wir ihr Baby weggenommen haben.. Ihre Amy... sagte ständig das es sich so anfühlt als hätte sie Amy geboren.. hat uns auf übelste beleidigt.. untere Gürtellinie.. meine Eltern haben das ständig mit gemacht. Dann hat sie sich entschieden wieder in die Klinik zu gehn. War sie dann auch. Hat aber dann wieder angefangen zu trinken. Hat Alkohol bei meinen Eltern geklaut. ( haben aber relativ rechtzeitig den Alkohol versteckt und dad Zimmer abgeschlossen wo er dann gelagert worden ist) aber hat sich dann selber heimlich gekauft. Es kam immer wieder zu Ansprache wie schlimm wir sind.. Ihr Baby weggenommen haben usw.  Sie war dann auch mal an einem We da zum Geburtstag von meinem Papa. Erst war es ok. Dann musste ich gehn und sagte ich sollte heim weil noch Gassi gehn muss. Ich ging dann. Und später hab ich erfahren das meine Schwester durchgedreht ist. Hat behauptet das ich mein Hund dabei hatte..und sie darf ihr Baby nicht hier haben. Hat dann in ihrem Zimmer angefangen den Spiegel zu zerschlagen und das Waschbecken usw..meine Eltern haben sie in ruhe gelassen weil sie angst hatten. Paar stunden später kam sie und war so drauf als wäre nichts gewesen.
In der Klinik hat sie auch nicht an Therapien teilgenommen. Wurde dann natürlich irgendwann entlassen weil sie keinen Sinn daran gesehn haben sie weiter zu behandeln. Seit dem sie wieder daheim ist baut sie ab.. ist völlig verwahrlost.. anfangs kam sie noch zum essen zu meinen Eltern.. war nett und höflich.. 
Und dann plötzlich nicht mehr. Hat wieder angefangen sich Alkohol zu kaufen.. ist aggressiv.. beleidigt meine Eltern..schreit..weint.. schlägt auf sachen ein. Meine Eltern sind nervlich am Ende. Sie hat auch 3 mal das Auto geklaut. Beim Dritten mal wurde meine Eltern von ihrem ex angerufen. Sie ist zu einer Freundin gefahren,deren Freund mit ihrem Ex befreundet ist. Haben Sekt getrunken. Und anscheinend war sie so besoffen das der Typ ihren Ex angerufen hat, der dann meine Eltern angerufen hat...Also völlige Katastrophe.
Letzte Woche hat mein Papa den sozialpsychologischen Dienst kontaktiert, der am Freitag dann kam. Hatten ein langes Gespräch aber leider keine so große Hilfe.
Auf jeden fall ist gestern die Situation so eskaliert das mein Papa den Notdienst angerufen hat. Sie kamen tatsächlich und meine Schwester ist so durchgedreht das 4 Polizisten sie auf den Boden drücken mussten. Sie kam dann auf die geschlossene und wurde leider heute wieder entlassen. Mein Papa und ich sind heute vormittag dort hin um ihr paar sachen zu bringen. Haben auch gesgat wir wollen das nur bringen aber nicht mit ihr reden. Aber sie hatte eh der Pflegekraft gesagt sie will nicht mit uns reden. Wir haben dann mit dem Arzt reden können..  ihm die Situation erklärt aber er sagte nur das sie entlassen wird. Wir haben deutlich gesagt das sie in dem Zustand nicht nach Hause kommen darf. Der Arzt meinte das meine Schwester gesagt hätte das sie jemand hat wohin sie kann und von daheim nur sachen holen will und dann weg ist. Wir sind nicht mehr ihre Familie und will ihr Namen ändern. Und plötzlich war sie hier. Meine Mutter völlig aufgelöst. Weil sie nicht mehr weiß was sie tun soll. Meine Papa dreht auch fast hohle..nervlich am Ende. Es tut so verdammt weh die leiden zu sehen.

Ich weiß ich bin ein Trigger bei ihr.. weil ich ein Hund habe, einen Partner, einen Job und eine Wohnung.  Sie sucht immer wieder meine Hilfe und driftet dann ab zu ihrem hund.. es ist so schrecklich.. Ihr zimmer ist völlig verwahrlost... überall essensreste..Müll..Zigarettenstummel.. leere alkflaschen
.man kann kaum durch laufen. Bin nervlich am Ende..  es tut so verdammt weh zu sehen wie sie leidet und sich selber zerstört.. und gleichzeitig bin ich so wütend zu sehen was sie meinen Eltern antut.. ich weiß sie sieht es nicht..weil sie offensichtlich krank ist..aber sie gibt mir manchmal das Gefühl es absichtlich zu machen.. es muss immer alles nach ihrem Willen geschehen und wenn nicht tickt sie völlig aus..

Ich weiß nicht mehr was ich tun soll oder kann...man kann nicht mit ihr reden..weil sie immer auf ihr Hund zurück kommt.. man kommt garnicht zu Wort.. 
Ich weiß nicht wie lange meine Eltern das noch durchstehen... sie bekommen keinen schlaf mehr.. weil sie ständig Angst haben. Eine Nachbarin hat ihr Schlafzimmer direkt neben dem Zimmer von meiner Schwester und kann wegen ihr auch nicht schlafen.
Da sie tagsüber schläft..ist sie nachts wach..  weint.. macht Lärm.. schreit..führt Selbstgespräche..ist aggressiv usw.

Ich kann bald nicht mehr und hab ständig Angst das was wirklich schlimmes passiert..  Wir können ja nicht jeden Tag den Krankenwagen und Polizei rufen.

Hat irgendjemand eventuell das selbe Problem durchgemacht und kann mir Anregungen und Tipps geben? Die Foren werte ich danach aus, welche Bedeutung der Erfahrungsaustausch im Selbsthilfeforum für das Wohlbefinden der Angehörigen hat. Da in den Foren oft nicht explizit auf das Wohlbefinden selbst eingegangen wird, versuche ich mit diesem Beitrag noch zusätzlich Empfindungen und Eindrücke von Nutzer*innen zu erhalten. 

Ich werde hierfür nun ein paar Fragen aus meinem Analyse Leitfaden nennen. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn Nutzer*innen diesen Beitrag mit ihren Eindrücken kommentieren oder sich per E-Mail unter: Paulinaa_97@hotmail.de melden und mir dort ihre Eindrücke schildern.

-Welche Aspekte des Austausches sehen Sie als besonders hilfreich? 
-Haben Sie Veränderungen in Ihrem langfristigen Wohlbefinden bemerkt, seit Sie am Austausch im Forum teilnehmen?

Er hat die Schulpflicht bereits absolviert. Interesse an einen Job oder einer Ausbildung hat er nicht. Sozial vereinsamt mein Bruder immer mehr und weigert sich zudem zur Therapie zu gehen. 

Habt ihr Erfahrungen, was nun noch möglich wäre?  Durch seine bevorstehende Volljährigkeit, entstehen bei uns als Familie neue Ängste. 

Für Tips wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Die Beziehungsebene war vor 10 Jahren noch in gewissem Maße gegeben. In den letzten Jahren ist keine Kommunikation im normalen Lebensbereich mit ihr möglich. 
Sie liest den ganzen Tag, ist gedanklich mit den Inhalten so beschäftigt, dass ein Gespräch nicht möglich ist. Vielleicht kann es sich niemand vorstellen. sie berichtet mir über geschichtliche Ereignisse und erzählt mir, welche Worte in verschiedenen Fremdsprachen  heißen. 
Sie nimmt keine Medikamente, der Neurologe sieht keine Notwendigkeit, da sie sich wohlfühlt.
Sie geht nicht ans Telefon, wohne 200km entfernt. 
Habe jetzt persönliches Budget beantragt, um soziale Kontakte anzuregen (bin gesetzliche Betreuerin).

Ich bin einerseits sehr traurig über die Situation, mittlerweile nicht mehr ärgerlich auf sie. 
Ich habe keine Beziehung zu ihr, sie ist für mich ein Neutrum.

Sie geht nicht ans Telefon, wohne 200km entfernt. 
Habe jetzt persönliches Budget beantragt, um soziale Kontakte anzuregen (bin gesetzliche Betreuerin).

Ich bin einerseits sehr traurig über die Situation, mittlerweile nicht mehr ärgerlich auf sie.

ich bin sehr froh, auf dieses Forum gestoßen zu sein, denn im Moment weiß ich mir keinen Rat mehr. Meine Schwester ist 40 Jahre alt und hat mehrere psychotische Phasen hinter sich, aber keinerlei Krankheitseinsicht.

Vor 4 Monaten hat sie sämtliche Außenkontakte abgebrochen und ist auch nicht mehr vor die Tür gegangen. Keine Ahnung, wovon sie lebt, aber sie isst scheinbar extrem wenig. Die Tür öffnet sie nur, wenn wir mit dem Rettungsdienst davor stehen und ihr mit einer Notöffnung durch die Feuerwehr gedroht wird. Gestern mussten wir wiedermal den Rettungswagen rufen, weil es wieder kein Lebenszeichen von ihr gab und es wieder höchste Zeit wurde, eine Kiste mir Nahrungsmitteln in die Wohnung zu bekommen. die SanitätDie Sanitäter meinten nachher, dass meine Schwester unterernährt ist und so dicke Beine hat (durch Bewegungsmangel etc.), dass sie nur noch ganz weite Hosen tragen kann und man schon keine Knöchel mehr sieht. Sie durften sie aber nicht untersuchen oder Blutdruck messen und mitzukommen hat sie natürlich auch verweigert. Sie ist der Meinung, sie hätte einfach nur Long-Covid und ich wäre psychisch krank, weil ich sie stalke (der letzte Besuch war vor 5 Wochen) und Ihr den Rettungsdienst auf den Hals hetze. Die Sanitäter hatten große Bauchschmerzen damit, sie zu Hause zu lassen, aber die Eigengefährdung ist ihrer Meinung nach noch nicht so groß, dass sie sie gegen ihren Willen mitnehmen könnten. Das Dumme ist, dass sie wirklich keinerlei Außenkontakt hat, so dass niemand bemerkt, wenn es soweit ist, dass sie keine Kraft mehr zum Aufstehen hat. Zumindest bin ich erstmal froh, dass sie wieder Essen hat. Wahrscheinlich wird das jetzt ewig so weitergehen. Mein Bruder wurde als Jugendlicher (16/17) mit paranoider Schizophrenie diagnostiziert. Damals war er zunächst in einer Jugendpsychatrie etwas weiter weg, später noch einmal in einer Psychatrie für Erwachsene. Danach hatte er sich zunächst gefangen und bekommt seit dem (ca. 5 Jahren) Quetiapin, anfangs noch in sehr hohen Dosen, die über die Jahre immer kleiner wurden. Ihm ging es besser, er hat sein Abitur bestanden und ein Studium begonnen, und hat dieses Jahr einen guten Werksstudenten Job mit Home Office bekommen. Er bekam bis vor kurzem noch eine Dosis von 50mg Quetiapin, mit der er gut klarkam. Er muss immer in eine psychiatrische Ambulanz, um sein Rezept zu bekommen, und ein kurzes Gespräch zu führen. 
Hier wurde ihm dann vor 3 Wochen eine Dosis von 25mg verordnet. Um die gleiche Zeit hatte ich einen schwereren Unfall, bei dem ich mir das Knie stark verletzt habe (Kreuzbandriss vorne und hinten, Tibiakopfbruch...), und war fortan den Großteil der Zeit bei Ärzten und Krankenhäusern, seit Mittwoch bin ich nach einer OP stationär im Krankenhaus. Und hier beginnt, wie ich glaube, die Abwärtsspirale.
Er bekam Magenprobleme und konnte nicht mehr gut schlafen, schlief also nur noch sehr wenig, was er auf die Bauchschmerzen zurückführte. Sein Schlafrythmus geriet außer Balance, trotzdem stand er früh auf um zu arbeiten, hatte also Schlafentzug.
Dann fing er an, sich immer mehr zurückzuziehen, und war bei besorgtem Nachfragen meiner Mutter oder mir schnell gereizt.
Seit Anfang dieser Woche ist sein Verhalten komplett anders. Er wirkte Dienstags total unter Strom, und hatte sich mit meiner Mutter gestritten, beziehungsweise ihr alles gesagt, was ihn an ihr und dem Zusammenleben stört und nervt. Unsere Mutter ist trockene Alkoholikerin und hat Probleme mit ihrem Gedächtnis, und bei Sachen mit Behörden etc. wendet sie sich oft an ihn, damit er es für sie erledigt. Damit war er überfordert und wolle das nicht mehr, und noch mehrere andere Sachen.
Aussage war im Endeffekt, er wolle sich auf sich konzentrieren und wir sollten ihn nicht mehr mit "unserem" Kram nerven. Seit dem fragte er auch nicht mehr nach, wie es mir und meinem Knie geht, wo er die Woche zuvor noch jedes mal ernsthaft besorgt nachfragte wie es mir denn ginge. Als ich ihn darauf ansprach, dass er sich so komisch verhält, und ob das mit dem Medikament zu tun haben könnte, zeigte er zunächst Einsicht und sicherte mir zu, sich bei der psychiatrischen Ambulanz darum zu kümmern. Das war am nächsten Tag, als ich im Krankenhaus war, komplett vergessen. Wenn wir ein Problem hätten, sollten wir doch zu seinem Psychiater gehen und den fragen, ihm ginge es gut. Auf jegliche Ansprache reagiert er defensiv, aber dabei aggressiv. Wir "laufen am Leben vorbei", er hätte "alles im Griff" und wir müssten ihn bloß in Ruhe lassen. Aber sowohl ich als auch meine Mutter merken, dass er auf dem Weg bzw. schon in einer Psychose drin ist, was er natürlich abstreitet. Nun soll ich bald aus dem Krankenhaus entlassen werden, und darf mein Knie 6 Wochen lang nicht belasten, kann also nur auf Krücken gehen. Laut meiner Mutter ist er seit dieser neue Zustand eingetreten ist sehr geräuschempfindlich, und meinte auch mein Gehen auf Krücken durch die Wohnung störe ihn. Da er verbal so aggressiv ist, und ich ihn in diesem Zustand schon über 7 Jahre nicht mehr erlebt habe, habe ich auch Angst, dass es zuhause zu einem Konflikt kommen könnte, er war jedoch nie gewalttätig, auch nicht in akuten psychotischen Phasen. Mit meinem kaputten Knie habe ich nun aber doppelt "Angst", falls es zu einer physischen Auseinandersetzung käme, würde das meine Genesung wieder auf null setzen. Er ist für mich einfach so unberechenbar, aus irgendeinem Grund habe ich jetzt fast schon Angst nach Hause zu kommen. Habe sogar schon meine Freundin gefragt, ob ich bei ihr unterkommen könnte. Meine Mutter meint jedoch ich sollte ganz normal heim kommen, und wir sollten normal und beständig zuhause sein. Sie hatte zuvor mit seinem Psychologen gesprochen (bei dem er seit 3 Jahren nicht mehr ist, aber der Psychologe kennt ihn gut.)
Ich weiß echt nicht was ich machen soll, ich muss mich um meine Genesung kümmern, will meine Mutter nicht alleine mit dem Problem lassen, und eigentlich wollen wir auch nicht, dass es so weit eskaliert, dass er zwangsweise mit RTW und Polizei eingewiesen werden muss. Was aber gut möglich sein kann, wenn sich sein Zustand nicht stark verbessert.

Die Geschichte basiert dabei zu großen Teilen auf der Familiengeschichte des Regisseurs. Uns ist es mit dem Film wichtig dieser Thematik eine Öffentlichkeit zu geben, um sie von Stigmen zu lösen. Wir wollen dazu beitragen mehr Verständnis in der Allgemeinbevölkerung zu schaffen für Menschen mit psychischen Störungen und auch deren Angehörigen.

Zurzeit befinden wir uns inmitten der Planung und Recherche für dieses Projekt was im Frühjahr 2022 gedreht wird. Im Zuge dessen suchen wir nach einem männlichen Laien-Darsteller, welcher in unserem Projekt mitspielt. Wir suchen einen 50-60 jährigen Mann, der korpulent gebaut ist und der eine eigene Ausstrahlung besitzt. Der Fokus soll dabei nicht auf der Erkrankung des jeweiligen Geschwister liegen, sondern auf euren individuellen Erfahrungen als nicht erkranktes Geschwisterteil, welche Auswirkungen die Erkrankung auf euch hat/hatte und welche Form von Hilfe ihr euch gesucht (oder nicht gesucht) habt bzw. was ihr euch diesbezüglich an Angeboten für euch selbst wünschen würdet. 

Ich habe einen sehr persönlichen Bezug zu diesem Thema, da ich selbst Schwester eines erkrankten Bruders bin und würde mich daher sehr darüber freuen, wenn sich ein paar Leute finden würden! Die Daten würden selbstverständliche alle anonymisiert verarbeitet werden.

weiß gar nicht, ob ich hier richtig bin, aber alles was ich bis jetzt als Gast gelesen habe, hat mich sehr an meine Gefühle für meine Mutter und Schwester erinnert. 

Deswegen versuche ich es jetzt mal mit meinem Anliegen an Euch heranzutreten:

Meine Schwester kämpft seit Jahren mit der Drogensucht. Eine psychiatrische Diagnose hat sie letztes Jahr zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr bekommen. Es war eine drogeninduzierte Psychose. Der sozialpsychiatrische Dienst hat mir damals geholfen das zu verstehen. Als ich mit ihr telefoniert habe, war ich nur noch geschockt im ersten Moment, obwohl ich schon viel mit ihr erlebt habe. Vielleicht sollte ich dazu sagen, dass ich da noch gestillt habe und mein Leben durch meinen Sohn schon genug auf den Kopf gestellt war. Im positiven Sinne natürlich :-) 

Mein Problem im Moment ist meine Mutter und ihr Mann. Sie helfen ihr ständig und setzen sich nicht mit ihrer Krankheit auseinander. Sie verdrängen, beschönigen etc. Manchmal entwerten sie sie aber auch und geben ihr das Gefühl, dass sie nicht in Ordnung ist.

Sie wollen, dass ich sie Weihnachten mit meinem Sohn besuchen komme, aber ich weiß nicht, ob ich das kann. Da sitzt ein tiefer Schmerz und ich glaube das tut mir und damit auch meinem Sohn nicht gut. Aktuell lügen sie mich zumindest nicht an, was sie für meine Schwester tun. Das ist schon ein Fortschritt zu früher. Was ich mir schon alles anhören musste, weil ich die Wahrheit gesagt habe, ist echt unglaublich. Meinem Mann ist das alles längst zu viel. Er möchte keinen Kontakt mehr. 

Meine Frage: Wie seht ihr das? Bei der Steuer helfen, ihr die Mitgliedschaft im Mieterschutzbund finanzieren (Räumungsklage ist bereits in Gange), die Wäsche waschen... Das sind doch suchterhaltende Maßnahmen, oder? Auf Dauer verschlimmern sie damit die Situation doch nur.]]>
weiß gar nicht, ob ich hier richtig bin, aber alles was ich bis jetzt als Gast gelesen habe, hat mich sehr an meine Gefühle für meine Mutter und Schwester erinnert. 

Deswegen versuche ich es jetzt mal mit meinem Anliegen an Euch heranzutreten:

Meine Schwester kämpft seit Jahren mit der Drogensucht. Eine psychiatrische Diagnose hat sie letztes Jahr zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr bekommen. Es war eine drogeninduzierte Psychose. Der sozialpsychiatrische Dienst hat mir damals geholfen das zu verstehen. Als ich mit ihr telefoniert habe, war ich nur noch geschockt im ersten Moment, obwohl ich schon viel mit ihr erlebt habe. Vielleicht sollte ich dazu sagen, dass ich da noch gestillt habe und mein Leben durch meinen Sohn schon genug auf den Kopf gestellt war. Im positiven Sinne natürlich :-)
